Biological Chromatography Gel is white grain, with 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 and 200 mesh, ect, and kept in the 20% ethanol, which is very steady in the organic solvent such as ethanol, glycerol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, benzene, dichloromethe, chloroform: The gel won't be dissolved in 1.5 PH acid mediums with good stability. It also can be used for separating albumens, enzyme and other biological products. The experiment has shown that the rate of recovery of enzyme to the neutral protease is more than 90%. Choosing different mesh-chromatography gel is according to different demands; thick separation in biological products can choose lower mesh-gel, as high can choose higher ones. Application process is as follow:

Put Biological Chromatography Gel on the columniation, loading certain concentration of enzyme sample solution, using water to elute buffer, measuring the course of eluting by Ribose albumen detector 280nm, then subsection collects eluates.

Steps are as follows:

1. Loading: Generally put about 1/2 high of water or buffer into the columniation, then mixing the melted gel into sparse slurry, pouring it into columniation, making it subside naturally. Operate so in succession, can get a better columniation bed.
